Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Nocta – Romance Stories app, published by ARB TECHNOLOGY AND TRADE CONSULTING OÜ, Estonia ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use Nocta
You must be at least 18 years old. Nocta is interactive romance fiction for adults: stories, characters and events are fictional, and any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Stories, art, music, characters and the app itself remain ours or our licensors'. Don't copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute them, and don't use cheats, bots or exploits.
3. Diamonds, tea and other virtual items
- Diamonds, tea, cards, outfits and premium choices are virtual items that let you use features of the app. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people, and are a licence, not property.
- Premium choices and outfits you unlock stay unlocked for your account. Diamonds are spent when you use them.
- We may change prices, rewards and how virtual items work, for example to balance the game. If we ever close the app, unused virtual items end without refund unless the law requires otherwise.
4. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are made through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Prices may vary by country. Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Use Restore purchases in the Boutique to get back your subscription and one-time purchases on a new install.
5. Nocta Pass (subscription)
- Nocta Pass is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
- Benefits are described in the app's Boutique and may change; we will tell you about changes to the price in advance, as Apple requires.
6. Your progress and account
The app creates an anonymous account and saves your progress to the cloud. We work to keep it safe but can't guarantee it will never be lost. You can delete your data at any time (My Room → Account → Delete my data); deleted progress and diamonds cannot be restored. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove stories and features, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown above, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

Bu koşullar, Estonya'daki ARB TECHNOLOGY AND TRADE CONSULTING OÜ ("biz") tarafından yayınlanan Nocta – Romance Stories uygulaması için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları ve Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Kimler kullanabilir
En az 18 yaşında olmalısın. Nocta yetişkinlere yönelik etkileşimli romantik kurgudur: hikâyeler, karakterler ve olaylar hayal ürünüdür, gerçek kişilerle benzerlik tesadüftür.
2. Lisansın
Uygulamayı sahibi olduğun ya da kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında kendi ticari olmayan eğlencen için kullanman amacıyla sana kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Hikâyeler, görseller, müzik, karakterler ve uygulamanın kendisi bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir. Bunları kopyalama, satma, değiştirme, tersine mühendislik yapma ya da dağıtma; hile, bot veya açık kullanma.
3. Elmas, çay ve diğer sanal öğeler
- Elmas, çay, kart, kıyafet ve premium seçimler uygulamanın özelliklerini kullanmanı sağlayan sanal öğelerdir. Nakit değerleri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ya da başkasına devredilemez; mülkiyet değil, lisanstır.
- Açtığın premium seçimler ve kıyafetler hesabında açık kalır. Elmaslar kullandığında harcanır.
- Oyunu dengelemek gibi nedenlerle fiyatları, ödülleri ve sanal öğelerin işleyişini değiştirebiliriz. Uygulamayı kapatırsak, yasa aksini gerektirmedikçe kullanılmamış sanal öğeler iadesiz sona erer.
4. Satın almalar ve iadeler
Tüm satın almalar App Store üzerinden yapılır ve Apple kimliğinden tahsil edilir. Fiyatlar ülkeye göre değişebilir. İade talepleri Apple tarafından değerlendirilir (reportaproblem.apple.com); bu koşullar tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz. Yeni bir kurulumda aboneliğini ve tek seferlik satın almalarını geri almak için Butik'teki Satın alımları geri yükle'yi kullan.
5. Nocta Pass (abonelik)
- Nocta Pass otomatik yenilenen aylık bir aboneliktir. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple kimliğinden alınır.
- Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen aynı fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliğini cihazındaki Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin. İptal sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar avantajlar devam eder.
- Avantajlar uygulamadaki Butik'te açıklanır ve değişebilir; fiyat değişikliklerini Apple'ın gerektirdiği şekilde önceden bildiririz.
6. İlerlemen ve hesabın
Uygulama anonim bir hesap oluşturur ve ilerlemeni buluta kaydeder. Güvende tutmak için çalışırız ama hiç kaybolmayacağını garanti edemeyiz. Verilerini istediğin zaman silebilirsin (Odam → Hesap → Verilerimi sil); silinen ilerleme ve elmaslar geri getirilemez. Verileri nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
7. Değişiklikler ve erişilebilirlik
Hikâyeleri ve özellikleri güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz; uygulama zaman zaman erişilemez olabilir. Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yeni sürüm yukarıdaki tarihten itibaren geçerlidir ve uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
8. Sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz talepten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Yasayla sınırlanamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Estonya hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciysen yaşadığın ülkenin emredici tüketici mevzuatının korumasından yararlanmaya ve o ülkenin mahkemelerinde dava açmaya devam edersin.
