My purchase or Nocta Pass is missing
Open the Boutique and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Diamonds are added the moment a purchase completes; if they didn't arrive, write to us with the date of the purchase.
How do I cancel Nocta Pass?
Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Nocta Pass → Cancel. You keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Will I lose my progress?
Your progress is saved to the cloud with an anonymous account and comes back if you reinstall Nocta on the same device. My Room → Account shows when it was last saved; Sync now saves it immediately.
How do I delete my data?
My Room → Account → Delete my data. This deletes your cloud save and account and resets the app; it can't be undone. See the Privacy Policy.
Who can play?
Nocta is for adults aged 18 and over.

Nocta Pass'i nasıl iptal ederim?
Ayarlar → adın (Apple Kimliği) → Abonelikler → Nocta Pass → İptal Et. Ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar avantajlar devam eder.
Nasıl iade alırım?
App Store satın almalarını Apple iade eder: reportaproblem.apple.com.
İlerlemem kaybolur mu?
İlerlemen anonim bir hesapla buluta kaydedilir ve Nocta'yı aynı cihaza yeniden yüklersen geri gelir. Odam → Hesap son kaydın zamanını gösterir; Şimdi eşitle hemen kaydeder.
